Step 1: How to login in.

Click the “Login” button in the top right corner of the home Page and fill in your valid email address as your user name and your password.

Step2: How to quote online.

       First, click the PCB instant quote and fill in the details, such as PCB size, PCB quantity, PCB specifications you want and click “ Quote now” and also leave your special requirements if you have. Then add th order information to the basket. Next upload your related PCB files in the format of Gerber, .pcb, .pcbdoc, .cam online for our further check.

Step3: Order review.

     After you place the order, our review workers will review your PCB orders ASAP. If any problem with your PCB files, our service workers will contact you by the email you used as the user name, so please confirm your email signed in with is valid.

Step4: How to pay.

     If there is no problems with your PCB files, your PCB orders will pass audit and we will inform you by email to make the payment at our web site by Paypal or you can choose other payment terms, such as bank transfer, Ali express and so on. Before paying, please remember to update your shipping address as detailed as possible, especially the city name with corresponding post code.

Payment terms:

1. Pay by Paypal. If you have problems with paying at our web site online, you can transfer the total amount directly to our Paypal account: payment@pcbway.com and contact our service worker to confirm the orders for you by email or skype on the home page.
2. Pay by bank. If you want to make the payment by bank, extra $30 bank fees will be needed and it will take about 3-5 days for the payment to arrive at our bank account. Only when the payment arrive at our bank account will start PCB fabrication. Please contact our service workers by email to ask detailed bank information.

 

Step6: Production.

After receiving your payment, we will start PCB fabrication ASAP, you can check the production progress at our web site from the beginning to the end.

 

Step7: Shipment.

We have different shipping ways for option, such as DHL, Fedex, HK Post and EMS, DHL is the default shipping way. If you want to ship the PCBs with other shipping way, please contact our service worker by the email on our home page, we will arrange it for you and charge you the related shipping cost.

Remarks for shipping by DHL:

1.Remote area shipping cost

Some of your shipping address may belong to the remote areas considered by DHL company,

you can check your address if it belongs to the remote area by DHL web site link: http://raslist.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp. If yes, extra $32 shipping cost will be charged by DHL company.

2.Customs tax fees

The customs tax fees is different in different countries, before shipping you may consult with your local DHL company or customs office to check the detailed information about customs tax fees.
