At 3PCB, we are committed to delivering high-quality PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly (PCBA), PCB design, and 3D/CNC machining services to our global customers. Due to the customized nature of our products and services, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or rework may be provided.

1. Customized Products Disclaimer

All PCB manufacturing, PCB assembly, 3D/CNC manufacturing, and design services provided by 3PCB are custom-made according to customer-submitted files and specifications. As a result, returns or refunds are generally not accepted once production has started, except in cases outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund & Rework Cases

You may be eligible for a refund, partial refund, or rework if any of the following conditions apply:

  • Manufacturing defects caused by 3PCB, such as:
    1. PCB fabrication errors that do not conform to approved Gerber files.
    2. Assembly errors (e.g., wrong components, incorrect placement, polarity issues)
    3. CNC/3D machining errors that deviate from confirmed drawings.
  • Functional issues confirmed to be caused by our manufacturing or assembly process.
  • Order delivered does not match the confirmed order details.

The final resolution (rework, remake, or refund) will be determined by 3PCB based on the nature of the issue and after communication with the customer.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

  • Issues in the design files submitted by the customer, including but not limited to errors, incompleteness, or version inconsistencies in Gerber files, BOMs, pick-and-place files, or mechanical drawings.
  • Functional abnormalities caused by the customer's design itself or component selection.
  • Software, firmware, programming, or flashing-related issues.
  • Damage caused by improper use, testing, storage, or external environmental factors.
  • Normal variations that fall within industry tolerance ranges.
  • Cancellation requests submitted after the order has entered production.
  • PCB design services that have already been delivered or partially completed.

4. Return & Claim Procedure

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem.
  • Test reports (if applicable)

Claims submitted without sufficient supporting information may require additional review time.

5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time typically takes 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
  • Bank or payment platform fees (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers may be required to return defective products for evaluation.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by 3PCB only if the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility.
  • 3PCB is not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping if improper packaging is used.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins for a full refund.
  • Once production or assembly has started, cancellation is not guaranteed and may incur partial charges.

8. Policy Updates

3PCB reserves the right to modify or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on our website shall prevail.
