The total time is divided into order production time and shipping/logistics time.
1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.

Custom PCB, assembly, or 3D/CNC orders may require additional time depending on complexity. The specific production time for your order can be checked on the order page, and PCBs can be completed in as fast as 12 hours.

Customers will be notified if there is any delay in processing.
2. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of international shipping options, including DHL, FedEx, USPS, Global Direct Shipping, Global Standard Shipping, and other small parcel services.

Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, size, and destination.

Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout.
3. Shipping Time

Express shipping usually takes 2–4 business days, Global Direct Shipping and Global Standard Shipping typically take 6–10 business days, and small parcel services may require more time. For exact delivery times, please refer to the pricing page.

4. Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise customers to check local import regulations before placing an order.
5. Tracking Orders

After your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can also view it in your order dashboard.

Customers can track their shipment using the courier's official website.
6. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at service@3pcb.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in production or have been shipped. For questions, please contact our customer service before the order is processed.
